Het filmprogramma werd dit jaar samengesteld door filmmaker/muzikant Floris Vanhoof. Hij legde contact met Unarius (UNiversal Articulate Interdimensional Understanding of Science). Deze kosmisch visionaire groepering heeft sinds 1978 een omvangrijke catalogus aan films en televisieproducties opgebouwd die vanwege de speciale effecten, acteerstijl en vooral visie op zijn minst als uniek beschouwd kan worden. De missie om de aarde als 33ste lid bij de Interplanetaire Confederatie te laten aansluiten, levert wonderlijke beelden en kostuums op, alsook een cadillac met daarop een vliegende schotel om duiven te lossen. Hun immer positieve boodschap werd aanvankelijk via openbare kabeltelevisie over Amerika verspreid. Op het KRAAKfestival worden hun creaties afgewisseld met recente video’s van Takeshi Murata, Fyoelk, Roflol (Paper Rad) ...
